We asked expats what a typical home or apartment in Spain is like. They answered...
"A top floor apartment of 1,850 square feet with two terraces totalling about 400 square feet. It is not typical because top floor apartments are very hard to find," remarked another expat who made the move to Barcelona, Spain.
"I currently own. Most ex-pat friends rent small apartments or country rustic houses," explained one expat living in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
