"Villa; no. Most live in apartments or townhouses; some live in villas (equivalent to a single family house)," said another expat in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
"Expat homes and apartments in the UAE tend to be luxurious and modern, with high-end amenities such as swimming pools, gyms, and spas. Many expats choose to live in villas or townhouses, which offer more space and privacy than apartments. Expat homes and apartments are often located in gated communities, providing a safe and secure environment. Many expats also enjoy the convenience of living close to shopping malls, restaurants, and other amenities," wrote a member who made the move to UAE.
