"The cost of housing in Cyprus varies depending on the location and type of property. Generally, the average cost of a one-bedroom apartment in a city centre is around €500-€700 per month, while a three-bedroom apartment in a city centre can cost up to €1,000-€1,500 per month. Outside of the city centre, the cost of housing is usually lower, with one-bedroom apartments costing around €400-€600 per month and three-bedroom apartments costing around €800-€1,000 per month," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Cyprus.
"The housing costs were slightly higher than Florida, but the housing market has changed drastically in the past 2 years. Right now in Cyprus, you could rent a 3-bedroom villa for 500 Euros a month," commented one expat who made the move to Frenaros, Cyprus.
