The average monthly rent for a house in the Netherlands is usually between 800 and 1,600 Euros, depending on the area and size. In addition, it is usually necessary to make a deposit of at least 1-2 months rent and pay 3 to 4 months’ rent in advance," remarked another expat who made the move to Netherlands.
