"In Bulgaria, emergency services are provided by the Bulgarian Red Cross and the Bulgarian Ministry of Health. To call for an ambulance, you can dial 112, the national emergency number. The Bulgarian Red Cross also provides emergency medical services, and you can call them at +359 2 981 11 11," said another expat in Bulgaria.
