"Yes, common prescription medications are available in France. Most medications are available through pharmacies, and some are available over the counter. Prescription medications must be prescribed by a doctor and are typically dispensed by a pharmacist. In France, the government regulates the prices of medications, so they are generally more affordable than in other countries," explained one expat living in France.
