We asked expats in Botswana if they have access to public healthcare in Botswana. And, if they do have access, what is it like. They wrote...

"Yes, as a foreigner living in Botswana, you will have access to public healthcare. The public healthcare system in Botswana is generally of a good standard, with a wide range of services available. The government provides free healthcare for all citizens and permanent residents, and there are also private healthcare facilities available. The public healthcare system is well-funded and staffed by qualified professionals, and there are a number of hospitals and clinics throughout the country. The quality of care is generally good, although there may be some delays in accessing services due to the high demand," said another in Botswana.
