We asked expats in Romania if they have access to public healthcare in Romania. And, if they do have access, what is it like. They wrote...

"Yes, as a foreigner living in Romania, you will have access to public healthcare. The quality of care provided by the public healthcare system in Romania is generally good, with a wide range of services available. The public healthcare system is well-funded and provides access to a variety of medical specialists, including general practitioners, specialists in various fields, and emergency services. The cost of healthcare in Romania is relatively low compared to other European countries, making it an attractive option for those looking for affordable healthcare," commented one expat who made the move to Romania.
