What are typical rents in Martinique?
We asked expats and digital nomads in Martinique what typical rental prices are in Martinique. They commented...
"The rental price for a nice 1 bedroom apartment in Martinique can range from around $500 to $1,000 per month, while a nice 2 bedroom apartment can range from around $800 to $1,500 per month," explained one expat living in Martinique.
"Below €1,000 you could find a lot of rental properties in general areas around the island. Sometime you can find a 4 bedroom. everything really depends on how much you search. Each area is almost identical when it comes to prices of rent; However, you can find cheaper apartments in Fort de France, sometimes; seasonal renting seems to be a lot higher. Between 30 to 100€ per night," said another in Scholcher, Martinique.
