When we asked expats in United States if foreigners are allowed to own property, they answered...

"Yes, foreigners are allowed to own property in the United States. Generally, foreign nationals are able to purchase residential and commercial real estate in the United States, provided they have the necessary funds and meet certain requirements. Foreigners may purchase property through a limited liability company (LLC) or other legal entity, or in their own name. However, they may be subject to certain restrictions, such as obtaining a visa or other authorization from the U.S. government. Additionally, foreign nationals may be subject to certain taxes and fees when purchasing property in the United States," explained one expat living in United States.
