Are foreigners allowed to own property in Kentucky?

Answer this Question

When we asked expats in Kentucky if foreigners are allowed to own property, they answered...

"Yes, foreigners are allowed to own property in Kentucky. Non-U.S. citizens are able to purchase real estate in Kentucky just like any other U.S. citizen. However, they may need to obtain a valid visa in order to purchase property in the state. Additionally, they may need to provide proof of their identity and financial resources in order to complete the purchase," said a member in Kentucky.
