The government has implemented a number of incentives to encourage foreign investment in the country, including the ability to purchase and own real estate. Foreigners can purchase land and property in Antigua & Barbuda without any restrictions, and they are also eligible for tax exemptions and other benefits. Additionally, the government has established a streamlined process for foreigners to obtain the necessary permits and licenses to purchase and own property in the country," wrote a member who made the move to Antigua & Barbuda.
