"Yes, foreigners are allowed to own property in Kosovo. According to the Law on Property of the Republic of Kosovo, foreign citizens and legal entities are allowed to own real estate in Kosovo, provided that they have a valid residence permit. Foreigners are also allowed to purchase land in Kosovo, but they must obtain a permit from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development. Additionally, foreign citizens and legal entities are allowed to own movable property in Kosovo, such as cars, furniture, and other items," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Kosovo.
