According to the Georgian Law on Property, foreign citizens and stateless persons are allowed to own real estate in Georgia, provided that they have a valid residence permit. Foreigners may also purchase land and buildings, but they are not allowed to own agricultural land. Additionally, foreign citizens may acquire ownership of real estate through inheritance or donation," said another in Georgia Rep.
