Are foreigners allowed to own property in Monaco?

Answer this Question

When we asked expats in Monaco if foreigners are allowed to own property, they answered...

"Yes, foreigners are allowed to own property in Monaco. Non-residents are able to purchase property in Monaco, however, they must obtain a permit from the Monaco government in order to do so. The permit is granted on a case-by-case basis and is subject to certain conditions. Additionally, non-residents are subject to certain taxes and fees when purchasing property in Monaco," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Monaco.
