"Taiwan has a subtropical climate with hot and humid summers and mild winters. The average temperature in the summer is around 28°C (82°F) and in the winter it is around 16°C (61°F). Rainfall is common throughout the year, with the heaviest rainfall occurring in the summer months. The east coast of Taiwan is usually much wetter than the west coast," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to Taiwan.
