"The climate in Rwanda is generally tropical, with two rainy seasons and two dry seasons. The average temperature is around 25°C (77°F) throughout the year, with temperatures rarely dropping below 15°C (59°F). The rainy seasons are from February to May and from October to December, with the heaviest rainfall occurring in April and May. The dry seasons are from June to September and from December to February," explained one expat living in Rwanda.
