However, the cost of living in the larger cities such as Casablanca, Rabat, and Marrakech is higher than in the rest of the country. Rental prices for a nice 1 bedroom apartment in Morocco can range from $400 to $800 per month, while a nice 2 bedroom apartment can range from $600 to $1,200 per month. The cost of eating dinner at a moderately priced restaurant in Morocco can range from $10 to $20 per person," explained one expat living in Morocco.
