We asked people about the visa & residency requirements in Ukraine, they wrote...

"In order to visit Ukraine, foreign nationals must obtain a visa from a Ukrainian embassy or consulate prior to their arrival. The process of applying for a visa involves submitting a completed application form, a valid passport, two passport-sized photographs, and a fee. Depending on the purpose of the visit, additional documents may be required. In order to obtain residency in Ukraine, foreign nationals must submit an application to the State Migration Service of Ukraine. The application must include a valid passport, two passport-sized photographs, a medical certificate, proof of financial means, and a fee. Depending on the purpose of the residency, additional documents may be required. Once the application is approved, the foreign national will receive a residence permit," remarked another expat who made the move to Ukraine.
