What are the visa & residency requirements in Colorado?

Answer this Question

We asked people about the visa & residency requirements in Colorado, they wrote...

"In order to obtain a visa for Colorado, a person must apply for a visa through the US Department of State. The applicant must provide relevant documentation to complete the application process, including proof of money, a proof of intent to return to the home country, required photos, and a current medical examination. To apply for residency in Colorado, an individual must first establish physical presence, provide evidence of intent to remain, show proof of financial support, and meet other qualification criteria, including proof of residency and a clean criminal record. Additionally, a non-immigrant visa holder can obtain permanent residency status in Colorado by filing an adjustment of status application. This application must be accompanied by supporting documentation such as evidence of legal status, passport, proof of family relationship, marriage or employment-based petition, police and court records, and other relevant information," said a member in Colorado.
