What are the visa & residency requirements in New Hampshire?

Answer this Question

We asked people about the visa & residency requirements in New Hampshire, they wrote...

"Individuals wishing to visit or live in New Hampshire must apply for the appropriate visa through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The process requires providing information about the applicant's purpose for travel and identity, as well as supporting documentation. In order to establish permanent residency in New Hampshire, applicants must meet certain requirements and submit the necessary paperwork to the USCIS. This includes completing an application form, providing two recent passport-size photographs and providing evidence of eligibility, such as proof of employment, financial security and family connections in the United States. Depending on the applicant's status, they may also be required to provide proof of medical examinations and vaccinations, participate in an interview and pay a filing fee," mentioned another expat when asked about moving to New Hampshire.
