To apply for residency in Dominica, applicants must submit a completed application form, a valid passport, two passport-sized photographs, proof of financial means, a police clearance certificate, a medical certificate, and a birth certificate. The application must be submitted to the Immigration Department in Dominica. Additionally, applicants must attend an interview with the Immigration Department," remarked another expat in Dominica.
