To apply for residency in Georgia, applicants must meet the requirements put in place by the State Commission for Migration Issues. It can take up to three months for residency to be approved. The applicant must submit a valid passport and relevant documents, including a medical certificate confirming no health issues, police clearance certificate, address of residence and proof of financial stability. The applicant must also attend an interview and successfully pass a language test.
