I'd recommend all folk seeking the good life and reduced price life in any country, let alone D.R., to read a real traveler's deep take on this attitude that somehow Westerners give so-so much to these people in Developing Countries.

Which is the bigger scam? Hotel worker trying to hook up and get some money, or the entire rape and destruction of lands and people by the West?
