Black tie/high end Charity Events in the DR

Hello,
This is more of a business question. I'm currently part of a medical facility in the US and our goal is to get to the Dominican Republic and market our facility's services. Our main target market is the rich/elite population of the DR. I'm having a hard time finding any kind of events that take place in the DR particularly Santo Domingo that the wealthier population tends to go to. I was wondering if you guys could help name some charities or any events where we can essentially "network" with the wealthy? I would really appreciate your help!

PS. - I found the Mercedes Benz Fashion Show to be a good start. Anything else apart from that?
