Moving to Punta Cana

We need info on Punta Cana rentals. We are thinking on moving to Punta Cana area, Bavaro, and need some inputs on rentals, for short and long tern
m lease. We need a 1 bedroom all furnished with electricity and WIFI included, until we decide to stay. After we will need a two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We need area and price per month if possible in a secure area, aND walking distance to shopping centre if possible.
We are from Quebec Canada and need warm winters and good place to retire. I am 66 years old, my wife is 63 and both in very good health. But would require something on ground floor or with elevetors.
