resident visa

I am financially backing the residency visa process for a displaced Venezuelan living in the DR. She has identified an attorney that reportedly has a record of fast tracking the process with a high success rate. Her name is Fabiola Disla. She is in the Punta Cana area.

I am trying to find out if anyone has any personal knowledge or experience with Fabiola.

I am concerned about losing money, but not only that, the process calls for the Venezuelan resident to return to Venezuela during the process. Given the ruling in Dec of 2019, that they now have to have tourist visas to re-enter, she might get stuck in Venezuela.
