Internet down in all Afghanistan

Hello this is totally off topic but does anyone know what is going on with the internet there? I cannot reach 2 of my dear friends with Viber or Whatsapp. The last time i got a text message was yesterday saying they have an internet problem in all Afghanistan and they are trying to fix it. Does anyone know how long this will take. Even FB they cannot send messages out.??
