moving and would like to meet some female friends

Im a 25 year old professional living in London. I have a long term boyfriend who i plan marry this year and then we plan to live both here and in algiers. We eventually want a family so will settle there but im worried about language and not knowing anyone. Ideally id like to start up a few online friendships with some females who have been or are in a simular situation. and also maybe some of you might know some websites which i can look at that will help me.
