Work in Algeria

Hello all,

I am a British Algerian citizen currently living and working in Algeria. I am looking to work in Algeria as an expat in another words I want to be recruited as a British citizen instead of an Algerian. The reason behind this is it doesn't pay well if you're recruited as an Algerian.
I understand that I will need to go back to the UK and re-enter Algeria with a Visa but what I don't understand that how do I get a job afterward, how does it work ? do I need to apply from the UK first? does anyone know any companies?
