I met my fiance' online in 2006 and went to visit him in 2008. We submitted our petition for fiance' to USCIS which was approved but they took their time during the processing and it expired. So we have decided to get married in Algiers. As a U.S. citizen I was wondering what documents I will need to bring with me and how long the process takes.
