Marriage to Algerian in Tunisia?

Assalamu Alaikum wa rahmatullah. Hello.

I'm an american citizen and I want to marry an Algerian brother (we will live in Algeria) and I read that doing it in Tunisia is faster, is this true?

What type of visas would I need?

Could I travel between Algeria and Tunisia without getting a Tunisian visa as well?

What type of visa should I apply for once we are married, and could I apply for it while still in Algeria, or would I have to leave the country to apply?

Is there anyone who has had experience in this and can give us some advice?
