I want to marry an Algerian man

Salaam Alikum to my muslim sisters, I am soon to be married Inshallah to a good Algerian man. I would like some advice please. I have heard that there are many difficulties in obtaining a visa for him to to come to the US. I am in the planning stage now so I really need good advice. My basic plan is to go over there to Algeria for about two weeks and get married, and apply for spouse visa. I have heard it is difficult though, and they can even deny it. If that is the case, can anyone tell me the process of getting a visa to live in Algeria as his spouse. I also have two children. Please advice me of the steps and anything you think will help me in the process of making this easier.
