Hello everyone, my name is Jim.
I am looking at properties on the Internet for a vineyard / orchard in San Rafael. I am going to take a trip there within the next 3 months and hopefully buy a property but will not be moving there until early 2009 and I would like to have advice on some things.
#1) I have read some articles on property prices on the Internet being overpriced. Is there truth to this? Is it better to deal directly with the owners and is that possible?
#2) I have contacted a property management firm in Argentina that will look after everything until I am able to move there. Are these companies legitimate and are there other ways of having the vineyard in production without having them involved until I move?
#3) Anyone who has moved there since 2004, how do you feel about the Argentine government?
#4) I am really looking forward to living in San Rafael and if anyone has any advise or tips for me to make this as pleasant as possible I would love to hear from you.
