Working visas

I am a qualified, experienced English teacher who lives in Rome, Italy. In November I'm due to move to Buenos Aires with my wife, who works for the Italian Consular service. I'm a UK passport holder, but I also hold an Italian Government Service passport. I want to teach in BA. Can anyone tell me what the work situation is like and maybe inform me about work visa applications?
