Personal electronics at airport?

Hi I'm planning to visit Argentina for 3 months, and I'll be staying wit a friend. I admit I'm a gadgets geek, and plan on bringing most of my portable electronics with me. All of the items are my own personal items, although I do keep most of my stuff in excellent condition with covers and cases. Here is a list of the items I plan to bring with me:

Sony Vaio 15inch laptop (work)
Apple MacBook 14inch (home)
Playstation 3
Playstation PSP
iPad 2
iPhone 4
iPod 4g
Ebook Tablet Reader
Portable DVD player
Canon waterproof digital camera

I have heard that there is a 50 percent tax o all electronic items valued over 300 dollars. I consider that limit to be a bit ridiculous considering that most
travelers in today's digital world carry well over that value on an average vacation...for example my android phone is priced retAil at 500 dollars. Let's not even mention my iPad..(800$)

I understand this is an expat forum, but I'd like to get some responses from people who have carried similar items to Argentina as a tourist, preferably in the past 2 years or so.

Thanks Guys...looking forward to hearing some past experiences with this
