Malargue Visit (Land Buy & Ski Acc?)

Hi All
Im off again down to Malargue to look at some land & would appreciate any steers. As its Mendoza, obviously things will be a little different? I know I have to look out for some things but to be prepared is to be aware etc....
Also going to try & fit in some skiing so going to need accommodation but dont want to get highjacked by the tourist net, so, Acc, car hire? transport to the slopes from Malargue etc???
Looks like a big ask but just another ongoing adventure chapter
