Rent amounts in Buenos Aires

Good Morning. I have been looking at rentals in Buenos Aires on Craig's List. The prices are very confusing; some are P700, others are P10,000. Would someone please explain these wild variations. We are considering a trip, perhaps for several months, but the confusion over prices may cause us to stay away. Also, if you have a better site for rentals than CL, please pass it along. Thank you.
