Wedding Help

My fiancé and I are looking to have a winter wedding (snowcapped mountains, snow on the ground, etc) in Argentina, but are struggling on finding a location and finding information on legal restrictions; this would be a symbolic ceremony. A simple Google search has shown 14 ski resorts in various parts of the country, but I was hoping for firsthand recommendations on where is best.
