unfurnished apartment

I am moving to Argentina in December and would like to rent an unfurnished apartment in Palermo 2-3
bedrooms w/washer dryer hookup and balcony. I will pay the rent for a year in advance and would like a 3 yr lease. Any insight on costs for a unit similar to this? It MUST be unfurnished. Is it reasonable to assume that one could be acquired for 250-350 month plus gastones? recommendations for realtors? thanks for the info and feel free to call me if you have MJ.
