Hello Expats,
First time I use this service which was recommended to me. My husband and I just arrived to Buenos Aires and I can hardly sleep thinking about our goods arriving on the 14th by ship. I was hooked up with a customs agent who we believe is trying to get the best out of us. That is the opinion of other customs agents we spoke to. My husband suffers of Vestibular Disorder and he gets tired very easy and his conditions worsens when he gets exhausted. I was wondering if there's anyone out there in the Monserrat area who could help us move our goods from the truck into our apartment upon arrival. I know this may be to much to ask, but I spoke to locals and they do not recommend asking people on the streets. The moving company who is the same that will clear our container, came up with all kind of bogus and elaborate charges that everyone seems to find very amusing, except us. If there's anyone who can spare a bit of time, and help us with a bit of muscle, we will be eternally grateful to anyone who can give us a hand in this strange and complex land.
