Help Develop Land

I have 40-acres of raw land with high salinity soil located behind beautiful 50-acre well established vineyard in San Rafael. Plenty of crystal clear with low salinity water available.

Looking for enterprising person to find a use for the land. Sorry but I am not providing a salary or wages and providing you housing,

However, you could build a house on the land. Want to work with someone with ideas, concepts etc. on how to develop.
