Looking for USA Expats in Cordoba, Argentina area

Good evening. I am looking for an area where there are USA expats in the Cordoba, Argentina Area. I am looking an expat group if possible. I have a few questions and if you could direct me in the right direction, that would be great.
1. What are housing costs, food costs?
2. Do you know of any expat communities of english speaking people?
3. I heard health care is free. Is that true? If not, what are the health care costs?
4. How much are tutors/ schooling for my teen age children? What do expats do with regards to schooling children abroad? I'm looking to stay for about 6 months.
5. What is the power of the dollar compared to the local currency?
