Last Weekend i decided to left the city for a while and take a typical countryside tour in Buenos Aires outsides. My pick was Argentina Polo Day because of a friend reco who stayed a couple of days at the city and take the tour before.
The day start early at the morning around 9am when the transfer pick up me and my girlfriend from my room in Palermo and went straight ahead to the Estancia in Capilla del Señor ( around 50 minutes away ).
The estancia was beautiful, it was what i was expecting of a typical rural estancia near BA, with two large Polo Fields and lots of classical buildings around. We have the opportunity to watcha a polo match, talk with the players and take a lot of photos. After the match we taste a great, great, great asado with lots of meat and wine.
At the afternoon we have the chance to try to play polo by ourselves and take a horse riding tour around the estancia. I was impressed by the beauty of the sourrounds i want it to share with the community of expats. Great Experience! Don't miss.
