Residency Visa

Can anyone please advise on a govrnment site in order to obtain 1 to 3 year residency visas for expat retirees, rentista/investors, digital nomads etc.

Any recommended agencies/ lawyers , who do not charge gringo prices and general ideas on prices etc. and requirements, complexity etc. ??

I have been a resident based on a rentista visa in Colombia for years, but they have suddenly become completely, illogical, insane and complicated with visas, to make a long staement short. I actully dontknow wh they even allow visas anymore, miht as well button up like North Korea or Venezuela.

Price would not be an issue if I could be guaranteed a 3 year Argentine visa.

Mexico is really easy to get a Visa , biut cost of iving much higher tha Colombia. Argentina cost of living seems similar to Colombia.

I did search all the psots for the lastyear and could not find much detail on this question.

Any help appreciated.
