Repatriate Survey- $50 Raffle

I am writing to you because of your possible interest in a research project about repatriate adjustment back into the corporate life of the home country after an international assignment. If you or someone you know have ever been placed on an international assignment then your (their) assistance will further develop research in the area of repatriation in international business.

My name is Stacey M. Fehir I am a PhD student at Florida Institute of Technology. My research examines the communication methods between multinational organizations and expatriates while they were on an international assignment. The twenty minute survey assesses your perceptions regarding the amount of communication you had with the home organization, cross-cultural adjustment, satisfaction and intentions to leave your organization after repatriation.

To accomplish this I am searching for participants who have expatriated (as a corporate employee) for a minimum of one year to a country outside of their own. Following the assignment, participants will need to have returned to the organization that sent them on the international assignment.

I hope that you will find this type of research useful and helpful to encourage the participation of you or anyone you know that might be interested. Data compiled from your responses will be kept strictly confidential at all times, and no identifying information will be obtained. If you would like to participate please copy and paste the following URL address in your computers address bar:

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=460972168065

**Place your email address in the open box on the last page (one that asks if you would be interested in receiving a copy of the results) to be eligible for the $50.00 drawing. One random person out of every 30 completed surveys will receive a $50.00 VISA gift certificate. I will contact the winner via email address provided for distribution preferences.

I will also provide a written report of the studies findings with recommendations to anyone who would be interested. If you have any questions or would like more information please contact the investigator at the address provided below.

I thank you in advance and greatly appreciate your time and effort.
