My wife and I are planning to move to Austria soon. We will be buying an inn in the mountains. One thing that has been strange to me on my trips there has been the produce selection in the markets. There is plenty of frozen vegetables but not much in the way of fresh greens, like spinach, kale, arugula, broccoli... My wife is Czech so it is pretty similar there. They like their sausage and goulash. Me too, but I like fresh veggies as well. So are there markets where you can get all of these veggies as we do in the States? It may be just spending the time to find sources but if someone here is in the food industry I would love to hear about this from you. Thanks for the feedback.
