Advice on Negotiating appropriate package for Bahamas

Hi! We are considering an offer to move to the Bahamas to work for a US based company. We've heard cost of living is about 2 - 3xs that of Miami. What should we be sure to negotiate in a relocation package? Do most expats get living allowance or just temporary housing?
