thinking of moving to bahamas

Hi thanks for looking at my post.

myself my wife and son are thinking of moving away.we have discussed a few places,the bahamas being one.

im a chef by trade currently working in in 4star 250 room hotels nr busy london airport.

im a uk citizen,my wife is from trinidad and tobago(she misses the sun)

are there many hotels in the region,do chefs live a reasonable life in the area.

would permanant redisdancy be an option,i dont want to move my family to have to move again in a year or two.
