utilities in freeport

Hello. I am looking into a position in Freeport, but I read somewhere online that utilities (electric and water) can run from $400 to $700 a month?! I plan to rent a 2 bedroom condo. And I can not find any information about the cost of a cell phone for local calls, internet per month for high speed, and basic cable. Any information would be great! Thanks.
